Product returns are made if the following conditions apply:
The purchase must have been made within Greece.
Presentation of purchase receipt (receipt, purchase invoice)
The products must be in their original packaging (box, jelly, labels, etc.).
The products must be in perfect condition and the product has not been used.
There must have been prior consultation with our store.
It should not be more than 14 days since the purchase of the goods.
No refunds will be made on items purchased on special offer.
Return costs are borne by you if it is a purchase withdrawal
The following products are not returned: Underwear, swimwear - bottom, socks.

Refunds for remote purchases:
The consumer has a period of fourteen calendar days to retire, if he has made purchases remotely, without stating the reasons and with the sole charge of the cost of returning the product. The supplier, for his part, must refund the amount including shipping costs - but not the charge for cash on delivery.
Before making any return of the product, make sure that 14 calendar days have not elapsed from the date of receipt of the product and fill in the returning form.

Once we receive the product and your return is approved, the refund process can be completed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned products. Defective products:

The Asolo Alta Via GV MM Black/Green is a technical men's mountaineering boot designed for demanding high-altitude terrain, rock and ice. It combines a robust construction, thermal insulation, waterproof protection, stability and reliable traction, making it suitable for technical mountaineering and demanding alpine conditions.
The upper is made from one-piece water-resistant 2.2–2.4 mm Perwanger leather, providing excellent durability, protection and stability in demanding terrain. The Gore-Tex Insulated Comfort Footwear lining provides thermal insulation, waterproof protection and breathability, helping keep feet warm and dry in cold and wet conditions.
The sole construction combines a Pebax Frame and PU Anti-Shock Insert for stability, rigidity and cushioning. The Asolo/Vibram Vertical outsole features a self-cleaning design and provides high grip, support and torsional stability. The construction is compatible with automatic crampons, making the Alta Via GV suitable for technical use on ice and alpine snow terrain.
The boot is completed with a Duo Asoflex Ascent nylon lasting board loaded with fiberglass and an EVA cover, together with a Lite 3 anatomical footbed for additional stability and comfort on demanding routes. The model is also resoleable, while the leather meets Oeko-Tex standards and the boot contains no intentionally added PFAS.
