Product returns are made if the following conditions apply:
The purchase must have been made within Greece.
Presentation of purchase receipt (receipt, purchase invoice)
The products must be in their original packaging (box, jelly, labels, etc.).
The products must be in perfect condition and the product has not been used.

It should not be more than 14 days since the purchase of the goods.

Refunds for remote purchases:

SWR is a knee high ski sock made of merino wool. These socks are very warm and have been specially designed for harsh weather conditions. Maximum comfort, protection and foot care is ensured by a warm and soft two-layer plush in combination with a three-layer plush fitted on the sole, heel and instep. Elastic is fitted around the instep and shin area. The upper hem is wide and extremely flexible and pleasantly hugs the shin and calf without creating unpleasant grip.
