Product returns are made if the following conditions apply:
The purchase must have been made within Greece.
Presentation of purchase receipt (receipt, purchase invoice)
The products must be in their original packaging (box, jelly, labels, etc.).
The products must be in perfect condition and the product has not been used.
There must have been prior consultation with our store.
It should not be more than 14 days since the purchase of the goods.
No refunds will be made on items purchased on special offer.

Refunds for remote purchases:
The consumer has a period of fourteen calendar days to retire, if he has made purchases remotely, without stating the reasons and with the sole charge of the cost of returning the product. The men's KILPI HASTAR-M membrane jacket is made of a high-quality membrane material called DERMIZAX, which guarantees it's water repellency, breathability and lightness. Thanks to the water-resistant zip and bonded seams, the water resistance is 20 000mm and breathability 10 000g/m2/24h. The jacket has a hood with a small reinforced visor, on which the RECCO chip with a reflective logo is placed and it has a warm inner fleecy layer glued around the neck. The jacket has two large front pockets, two breast pockets, a pocket on the arm and an inner chest pocket, all fastened with a zip. The sleeves have Velcro for easy adjusting and the main jacket zip is a double zip. Underarm ventilation is also on a double zip and has a detachable snow belt. The jacket is mainly used for skiing as well as in the alps, during mountain hikes as well as winter nature tours.
